To validate your order you must first send us your request. We will then send you a quote.

All you have to do is return the signed quote to us by email to validate your order.

Once your estimate and your print proof have been signed, your order goes into production. It is at this point that the payment takes place.

As this is a personalized product, we ask for 100% of the amount when ordering.

You can pay by:

• check (order ALTITUDE 1753)
• Bank transfer (RIB on estimate)

For each order we offer the infographic service. This includes the realization of 3D with your visual.

You must therefore send us the following elements so that we can create your model:

• Logo (HD quality)
• Font
• Text
• Miscellaneous instructions
  

Une fois que la médaille ou le trophée vous convient et que vous avez vérifié tous les éléments du bon à tirer (taille, couleur, police d'écriture, faute d'othographe...) vous pouvez valider le document en signant et datant le document.

Il vous suffit ensuite de nous le retourner par email.

Si votre produit ne correspond pas à votre commande initiale, sachez dans un premier temps que nous en sommes désolé !

Ensuite, contactez directement la personne en charge de votre dossier chez LES FINISHERS. Il vous donnera la marche à suivre pour corriger cette erreur.
